Do you have examples of your work?

Are all of your gift collections customized?
We pride ourselves on being able to curate unique gift collections for your recipient. However, if you would like to order a gift collection that you saw in our LookBook or on Instagram, we can always recreate it for you.
What options do you offer to add a personal touch?
We can engrave our wooden crate box lids, which is great for last names, company names, TV or Movie titles, etc. We also offer embossing/engraving on leather items, such as initials/full names on leather bound scripts or journals, glassware, etc. Monogramming robes, blankets and towels are also an option!
Do you work with businesses on branded projects?
We love branded projects. We can take logos and/or company names and place them on mugs, crate boxes, clothing, you name it.

What can I expect to spend on my gift collection?
That is entirely up to you! We work with your budget.
What is your general gift collection order process?
Once you have contacted info@kuratela.com, they will pass along your information to our Design Team. The Design Team works with you to provide a few collection options. Once you have made your choice, your gift collection goes into production based on your delivery deadline.
What type of packaging do you use for your gift collections?
Our gift collections are standardly packed in either a basket or a wooden box/crate box. For a more luxurious feel, we offer fabric hatboxes in a variety of colors. We can also gift wrap any item.
Do your gifts come with a note?
Yes, we always offer the option to provide a personal note with each gift collection.
What is your return policy?
At Kurate LA, it is our goal to make giving and receiving gifts an effortless and enjoyable experience. We guarantee the presentation and quality of our gifts upon delivery and are here to make sure that you and your recipients are 100% satisfied. If a gift we’ve sent does not meet these standards, please contact us and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Is there a fee for your gifting service?
Never! Our brand connections allow us to operate without our clients incurring an additional cost; this means you stay within budget.
Do you provide tracking?
If your gift is being shipped via FedEx, we will provide you with tracking, and inform you once the package has been delivered.
What areas are serviced by courier delivery?
We deliver via courier for same day local orders, or if otherwise requested. We service Los Angeles (including Beverly Hills, Culver City, etc), Burbank, Pasadena, Glendale and the San Fernando Valley.
How much do you charge for courier delivery?
Standard rates for courier delivery starts at $45. In the case of multiple gifts, the price is determined by the number of delivery locations.
What do you charge for shipping?
We ship all packages via FedEx, and standard shipping rates apply. We work with your deadlines to choose the shipping method that ensures your gift(s) are delivered on time.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we do ship Internationally.
Can I send a courier service of my choosing to pick-up a gift?
Yes, of course. Just let us know when placing your order that you prefer this option.
